Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko does not rule out that the explosion in Kyiv Shevchenko park on April 21 was a terrorist act.

“The main version is hooliganism or a terrorist act by extremist groups, which, probably, in such a way celebrated the birthday of Hitler”, said Yuri Lutsenko answering an UNIAN question.

The Minister stressed that such groups have become more and more active in Ukraine. “It is a big problem, and, in this case, the Interior Ministry will do its best to catch and punish the offenders”, Yuri Lutsenko noted.
