The meeting of Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko with heads of Ukrainian State Property Fund regional departments has been postponed due to pressure of the Presidential Secretariat.
Andriy Portnov, appointed as SPFU head by the government, disclosed this in an interview with Radio Liberty on Tuesday.
The meeting was postponed in order not to put the regional department heads into embarrassing situation, Portnov said. “President’s Chief of Staff Victor Baloha sent letters to all Oblast governors, instructing them to inform local SPFU department heads that they should not take part in the meeting with the Prime Minister”, A.Portnov disclosed.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko planned to hold a meeting with heads of State Property Fund of Ukraine regional departments on April 29. Later, the meeting was postponed to May 6.
