Truck drivers threaten to block traffic in Kyiv

Columns of trucks are moving towards the center of the Ukrainian capital, where truck drivers are about to carry out a protest action against restrictions imposed on trucks movement in Kyiv.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, the traffic in Kyiv is complicated. Particularly, the trucks are moving along two lanes of the Pobeda Avenue (one of the central streets of the city).

As UNIAN reported earlier, the Association of International Road Carriers addressed central power agencies of Ukraine, in particular, the Ukrainian Transport and Communications Ministry, with demands to lift the restrictions on trucks movement, and threatened with a strike in the case if its demands are neglected.
