Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko believes that President of Ukraine has claimed responsibility for inflation in the country, according to the government’s press-office. She disclosed this today at a press conference following the sitting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine commenting upon the President’s decision on abolishment of the relevant Resolution of the Government on sunflower oil export quotas.
Yulia Tymoshenko reminded that in connection with rise in oil prices the Government had taken a decision on export restrictions. “The President has abolished this decision and today he claims responsibility for all issues on inflation evolving in the country,” the Prime Minister is sure.
Yulia Tymoshenko also focused attention that the President of Ukraine still does not sign anti-inflation laws and cancels the Government’s Resolutions on fight against inflation not the first time. “The President has to take responsibility for these actions and steps instead of criticism,” Yulia Tymoshenko thinks.
