Ukrainian court orders search in Facebook HQ
Kyiv's Pechersk District Court has ordered the administration of Facebook social network to provide access to its headquarters in Menlo Park and London, according to ain.ua citing data from the national register of court rulings.
The document relates to a criminal investigation of the case on Part 2 Article 115 (deliberate murder committed by a group of persons). The investigators need to access data from a deleted Facebook account.
The administration of Facebook is required to give access to the documents and materials at its premises: Facebook Inc. 10 Brock Street, NW1 3FG London, United Kindom and 1601 Willow Road Menlo Park, CA 94025 United States.

"If the court decides to conduct a search, the longtime fake reports about Facebook's closing may become a terrible reality. We hope that Facebook will have time to make a backup copy before they are visited with a search warrant," ain.ua wrote.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine has already conducted 17 scheduled and 170 unscheduled inspections of IT-companies since the beginning of the year.
