According to an UNIAN correspondent, new Ukraine’s Ambassador to RF Kostyantyn Hryshchenko claimed this to a news conference today.

“This issue is being worked over, but, I think, it is one of those real opportunities, if all elements of our political structures work efficiently”, K.Hryshchenko said.

Speaking about the gas talks between Ukraine and Russia, K.Hryshchenko said it is an extremely complicated sphere.

“It is difficult because, on one hand, any state wants to have the cheapest gas, and, on the other – without coming to market relations, we will never achieve the level of energy saving that everybody of us wants”, the Ambassador stressed.
