Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko congratulated staff of the Ukrainian Independent Information Agency of News (UNIAN) on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the news agency.
“UNIAN is 15! You are almost peers of the Ukraine`s independence. There were so many manifestations, rallies, actions and demonstrations at your windows that You became a part of our independent Ukraine. Probably, even more - [you became] an attribute of freedom of speech in Ukraine. However difficult times our state lived through, the UNIAN’s doors have always been open for everybody…”, noted the Prime Minister in her congratulation, forwarded to UNIAN by her press service.
