Kyiv's Boryspil International Airport
Interpol's database alarmed when the passport of a passenger who arrived from Vienna was being checked, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine said.
The perpetrator was a citizen of Austria, who has been on the international most wanted list for bank fraud since 2010.
The Austrian was transferred to the National Police of Ukraine.
