The department’s press service said that with the help of recruited individuals, saboteurs smuggled weapons and explosives from the occupied territory into the peaceful parts of Ukraine.
"Allies of terrorists planted caches in designated locations for the purpose of further use of weapons and explosives to destabilize the situation in Ukraine’s major cities, according to the local police chief Vyacheslav Abroskin.
