Tymoshenko forecasts deflation in Ukraine

On results of two decades of July, inflation was recorded only in two Oblasts of Ukraine, while all the other Oblasts showed deflation.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko claimed this at a meeting with the Council of Investors at the Cabinet of Ministers on Tuesday.

“Over the first two decades [of July - UNIAN], except for two Oblasts, all the Oblasts of Ukraine showed sufficient deflation… The figure is rather optimistic”, she noted.

Yulia Tymoshenko stressed that this information gives grounds to forecast deflation on results of July.
