President opens NSDC meeting

President Victor Yushchenko opened the meeting of National Security Council, according to the President`s press-office.

The agenda of the meeting included:

- discussion on giving some territories in the west of Ukraine a status of zones of an ecological emergency situation;

- sketching urgent measures aimed at provision of Odesa-Brody oil pipeline proper functioning;

- drafting a decision of the  NSDC on regulating the issue of the agreement between Ukraine and Vanco International.
