President visits Putyla district in Chernivtsi region

Within the framework of his visit to Chernivtsi region President Victor Yushchenko came to Putyla river to take a look at the works on clearing the river-bed off debris, conducted by soldiers of the 80th Airmobile regiment, according to the President`s press-office.

Also in Dykhtynets village President Yushchenko saw restoration works and clearing Putylka river.

In his trip President was accompanied by Minister for Emergencies Volodymyr Shandra, Defense Minister Yuriy Yekhanurov and deputy Chief of Staff of Presidential Secretariat Roman Bezsmertny.
