Government sends 13 thousand children for rehabilitation

13 thousand children of the suffered from the flood regions will undergo rehabilitation at the expense of the state. The Prime Minister of Ukraine informed opening the Government sitting, according to the government’s press-office.
“13 thousand children have an opportunity at the expense of the state to undergo rehabilitation and raise stress caused by the natural disaster,” the Head of Government noted. She emphasized that this had become possible due to successful work of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sport.
In his turn Minister of Family, Youth and Sport Yuriy Pavlenko stressed that all children from the damaged regions would have an opportunity to rehabilitate within the territory or outside the suffered regions. The Minister reported that about 3 thousand children already undergo rehabilitation by the sea and above 3 thousand are in health-improving camps of non-suffered regions. “On the whole by the end of this week above 13 thousand children will be sent and stationed in health-improving camps,” Yuriy Pavlenko highlighted.
The Minister also noted that program on rehabilitation of preschool children with parents had been already launched and the first families had already gone for recreation to the Odesa, Mykolajiv, Kherson regions and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
