President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili is expected to attend Sorochynska Yarmarka fair.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, top deputy governor of the Poltava Oblast Ivan Blyzniuk has claimed this to journalists on Wednesday.
“As of today, this was agreed”, he said.
The Poltava Oblast State Administration confirmed to an UNIAN correspondent that they are preparing to the visit of the Georgian President, which, by preliminary information, is scheduled for August 16.
President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko is also due to arrive at Sorochynska Yarmarka on August 16.
As UNIAN reported earlier, National Sorochynska Yarmarka-2008 fair will take place in Velyki Sorochyntsi on August 14-17. More than 200 companies from Ukraine and CIS states, numerous private businessmen and folk craftsmen will take part in the fair.
