The western Ukraine is ready to receive tourists.

UNIAN was informed about this at the Department for Tourism, European Integration, Foreign Affairs and Investments of the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast State Administration. According to the information of the department, tourist infrastructure of the region, including green tourism resorts, did not suffer much from the natural disaster on July 23-27. In particular, the most popular tourist sights of the region, namely, the Yaremcha City Hall, and the Kolomyski, Kosivskiy, Nadvirnyanskiy districts, did not suffer. However, the disaster ruined 6 tourist resorts in the Verkhovyna town, 5 tourist resorts in Bohorodchansiy district, and 8 – in the Kosivskiy district.

The majority of bridges, ruined by the natural disaster, have already been repaired.

The Chornohirskiy mountain ridge and Horhany from the side of Palyanytsya and Bystrytsya villages are available for tourists preferring mountain trips.
