Media update info on subjects of Soloshenko, Afanasyev swap
The Ukrainian political prisoners in Russia, a 25-year-old Hennadiy Afanasyev and a 74-year-old Yuriy Soloshenko were in fact exchanged for Odesa journalists Olena Glishchinskaya and Vitaliy Didenko, who had been accused of separatism.
Glischinskaya and Didenko were among the organizers and active participants of the so-called "People's Rada of Bessarabia," according to the Dumskaya newspaper. Head of the SBU Vitaly Hrytsak, this was part of the destabilization plan that Russian security services have started to implement a year ago.
Director of Novaya Volna TV company Glishchinskaya (Romanova) was arrested by the SBU in April last year. Eighteen months ago, while in prison, she gave birth to a boy. In addition, she has two other minor children.

As UNIAN reported earlier with reference to President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, the Ukrainian citizens Soloshenko and Afanasiev were already flying to Ukraine, and the exchange was “completed.”
According to some earlier reports, Soloshenko and Afanasiev had been exchanged for Glishchinskaya and Mefyodov - a Russian citizen, born in the city of Yoshkar-Ola, the capital of the Republic of Mari-El.
