Savchenko speaks about direct talks with militants
Member of the Ukrainian Parliament Nadia Savchenko said that the talks with the militant leaders can be held on a neutral territory, according to Novaya Gazeta.
Savchenko has noted that the militants are ready for such informal negotiations.
"They are ready. But Russia wouldn’t let them, while I am being stopped by Ukraine. But I believe we will meet anyway," said Savchenko.
At the same time, responding to a journalist’s remark that the negotiations can be held on a neutral territory ignoring the orders of the authorities, the MP said: "That’s what we are doing."

If we discuss it beforehand, this won’t work,” she said.
