Ukraine did not supply Grad rocket multiple launching systems to Georgia.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Ukrspetsexport state-owned company head Serhiy Bondarchuk claimed this today. He rejects the accusations of Ukraine voiced by some Russian and South Ossetian figures.

S.Bondarchuk emphasized that the share of the Ukrainian-Georgian military-technical collaboration made just 6% last year, while the Russian-Georgian military collaboration made 28%.

“In the overwhelming majority, we supply Georgia with enginery. All this is carried out in line with demands of the internal and international legislation. Georgia is our reliable financial partner. Ukraine did not supplied Grad to this country”, S.Bondarchuk said.

Speaking about perspectives of the military-technical collaboration between Ukraine and Georgia, Ukrspetsexport director general pointed out that in future the company will continue to fulfill agreements signed earlier. “Probably we will face some technical difficulties, because the Georgian port of Poti is partly destroyed”, S.Bondarchuk noted.

At the same time, he added that until lately, the Russian Federation had been fruitfully collaborating with Georgia in military sphere and had been arming this country.
