Nothing threatens Ukraine’s banking system today – Poroshenko

Ukraine’s Central Bank Council head Petro Poroshenko claims that nothing threatens the country’s banking system at present.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this at a roundtable on the world economic crisis on Tuesday.

“Today nothing threatens the banking system of Ukraine”, he said.

P.Poroshenko stressed that conclusions of experts about weakness of the financial-banking sphere in the Ukrainian economics do not correspond to reality.

“As of today, the level of the banking system liquidity and problem credits is rather low”, P.Poroshenko stressed.
