Ukraine developing anti-cyberattack security system
Information security and cybersecurity are an overriding priority for the country, which is experiencing a state of a hybrid war, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov said in an interview with LB.ua.
"The first stage is passed. Today, a powerful system of protection of public resources is being created, the so-called National telecommunications system. The project is costly, but there is no alternative since the task of this system is to fully protect information resources of the critical infrastructure and public sector from any cyberattacks," Oleksandr Turchynov said.

Only the NACP website crashed, as it was not protected by the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection," he added.
According to Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine, cyberattacks are aimed not only at public information resources but at objects of strategic infrastructure as well. "Add to this the stepping-up of cyberespionage and cybercrime," he said.
