Ukrainian ship named after hero border guard sets sail
A passenger ship owned by Danube Shipping Company was named after Ihor Momot, the border guard killed in Donbas hostilities.
Ihor Momot died two years ago, protecting the Ukrainian border from the attacks of Russian-terrorist forces.
For three years, Ihor Momot was a commander of the Izmail Border Guard Detachment in Odesa region. After the start of the Russian aggression, he created a division Rubizh [Frontier] and was deployed in the area of the ATO.
