According to the National Weather Center, the wind will be south-western, 7-12 m/s. The night temperature will make 3-8 C degrees above zero, the day temperature – 7-12 C degrees above zero.
On December 4-5, the weather will be cloudy. The western, central, and northern Oblasts will see rains, the rest of the territory – no precipitation. The wind will be south-eastern, 4-10 m/s. The night temperature will make 4-9 C degrees above zero, the day temperature – 7-13 C degrees above zero.
On December 6-7, the western, northern and central Oblasts will see rains. The night temperature will make 2-8 C degrees above zero, the day temperature – 5-11 C degrees above zero.
