Speaking to journalists after the opening of exhibition dedicated to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, President Victor Yushchenko stressed expectancies that the Verkhovna Rada would finally ratify the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, according to the President`s press-office.
“Ukraine took official obligations upon itself to integrate disabled persons into society”, - said Victor Yushchenko, adding also that it is very important that the authorities implemented it.
