11 cylinders discovered in cellar of destroyed building in Yevpatoriya
With propane and oxygen
Eleven cylinders were discovered in the cellar destroyed building in Yevpatoriya.
According to the State Industrial Supervision Committee, rescuers have reached the cellar of the building that was destroyed with a blast in the evening of December 24. As of 15.50 of December 26, the rescuers discovered: four 5-liter cylinders with propane, two 50-liter cylinders with propane, one of them being empty and another leaking, two 22-liter cylinders with oxygen, two 10-liter cylinders with oxygen, and a 2-liter cylinder with oxygen.
As UNIAN reported earlier, by Friday morning, the death toll had risen to 27. Three children are among the fatalities.
Rescuers believe more people might remain under the rubble; the search and rescue operation is continuing.
Ukraine announced Friday the day of mourning for the victims of the Yevpatoria tragedy.
