As was earlier reported, Moroz sued Ukrayinska Pravda for issuing the article “Melnychenko buries Moroz and Marchuk” dated March 15, 2006.

Particularly, Moroz disagreed with the thesis that he deviated from bearing witness to interrogators and that he collaborated with former State Security Service Major Mykola Melnychenko long before abduction of journalist Georgiy Gongadze.

During hearing of the case the judge has rejected Ukrayinska Pravda representative’s petition to vouchor Volodymyr Tsvil and Roman Kupchynskiy.

Ukrayinska Pravda is going to appeal the decision of the Kyiv’s Pechersk Court.
