With whom Ukrainians are most fed up

Most of all Ukrainians complain to law enforcement agencies about courts, police and local self-governmental agencies, Ukrainian Helsinki Union on Human Rights disclosed to UNIAN.

According to information of representatives  of the Ukrainian Helsinki Union on Human Rights, more than 7 thousand people were clients of public receptions of the Ukrainian Helsinki Union on Human Rights in 2008.

The free net of the public receptions of the Ukrainian Helsinki Union on Human Rights acts in Kherson, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Lugansk, Donetsk, Ternopil, Konotop (the Sumy Oblast),  Severodonetsk (the Lugansk Oblast) Sevastopol and Kyiv.
