IMF says Ukraine’s central bank met all conditions for loan - Shapovalov
"We met both the conditions...”
A senior Ukrainian central bank official said on Wednesday the IMF had confirmed that the central bank met all initial conditions set for a $16.4 billion loan.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, First Deputy Chairman Anatoly Shapovalov said this addressing a news conference.
“The IMF confirmed that we met all conditions that we undertook at the first stage”, A.Shapovalov said, adding: “We have two criteria: the monetary base, and the net international reserves by value fixed as of the date when the program was developed. We met both the condition”.
