A third of Ukrainians ready to take part in protest actions - poll

A third of Ukrainian citizens is ready to take part in protest actions against the government’s policy.

These are the results of a poll carried out by the National Institute for Strategic Studies during January 28 – February 3, and announced at a press conference in UNIAN by Institute director Yuri Ruban.

In particular, asked whether they are ready to protest against the government’s policy, some 32.3% of those polled said they were ready, some 44.7% of those polled expressed readiness to support protest actions in case if the crisis aggravates, and some 23% said they would not protest.

On the whole, 2012 respondents were polled in all regions of Ukraine. The error margin makes 2.3%.
