Tymoshenko denies possibility of denunciation of Ukraine-Russia gas contracts
"Nobody, except for a court, may denunciate anything..."
Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko rules out the possibility of denunciation of Ukrainian-Russian contracts on gas transit and supplies.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Yulia Tymoshenko claimed this to a press conference on Tuesday.
“Now I return to the session of the National Security and Defense Council, and I will fight to prevent them from making decision on denunciation of agreements”, the Prime Minister said.
At the same time, according to her words, even if this decision is made, it will not be valid.
“Because the agreement was signed by two economic objects, and nobody, except for a court, may denunciate anything”, she stressed.
