Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko plans to ask the European Commission to carry out an independent expertise of the Ukrainian-Russian gas agreements.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, she said this to a press conference on Tuesday.
“I would like to once and forever refute all accusations voiced by participants of corruption at the gas market, as if we signed something disadvantageous for Ukraine. I want that everybody in Ukraine get persuaded of it, and tomorrow I will address with an official letter to the European Union, asking them to carry out an official expertise of the signed contracts”, Yulia Tymoshenko said.

The Prime Minister is confident that the conclusion of European specialists will confirm the government’s stance.
