A storm alert has been announced in Ukraine, according to the National Weather Center.
On the night of Fenruary 14, the western Oblasts will see heavy snowfalls, and the eastern – heavy downpours with sleet. On Fenruary 14-15, the northern, central, and southern Oblasts will see heavy downpours with sleet and snow. The roads will be ice-covered. Wind blows up to 15-20 m/s are expected in the southern and eastern Oblasts of Ukraine.
