On February 15, at 10.00 President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko took part in wreaths laying ceremony near the Monument to Ukrainians who were killed in Afghanistan, according to the President`s press-office.
After the ceremony President Yushchenko took part in a memorial service in the Church of Ascension.
