Turkey`s largest mobile phone operator Turkcell (TCELL.IS), is studying whether to bid in the privatisation of Ukraine`s Ukrtelecom, Chief Executive Sureyya Ciliv said on Monday, Reuters reported.
"It is an interesting situation but we need to understand the terms of the deal, and our teams are studying that. Based on the study, we will make a decision if we are a serious interested party who is willing to bid," Ciliv told Reuters at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
