On May 12, Deputy Prosecutor General, Chief Military Prosecutor Anatoliy Matios during his visit to eastern Ukraine’s Kramatorsk introduced a new military prosecutor for the ATO forces, Oleh Seniuk.

During the introductory address, Matios noted Seniuk’s sufficient experience gained in the regional military prosecutor's office, being therefore able to ensure effective interaction between various agencies working in the ATO zone.

Following the presentation, an extended meeting was held of representatives of law enforcement agencies of Donetsk and Luhansk regions - the Antiterrorist Center of the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Police, the Prosecutor's Office, and the State Service for Emergency Situations. The agenda included issues of interaction of power structures amid combat operations.

Oleh Seniuk was born on May 25, 1979. He graduated from the Ivan Franko Lviv National University. The official held various positions in the prosecutor's office in Lviv and Kyiv, later heading the Military Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine’s Western Region since March 24, 2015.
