Gazprom will not impose penal sanctions on Naftogaz Ukrainy for unused gas in February, the company’s CEO, Alexei Miller, said on Tuesday, Itar-Tass reported.
“Yesterday we agreed with Naftogaz chief Oleg Dubina that Gazprom will not impose penal sanctions on Naftogaz,” he said in reply to reporters’ question whether a new gas row between Russia and Ukraine could be expected.
