Government to create favorable conditions for IKEA
Company invests 1.5-2 billion USD into Kyiv
The Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych met with representatives of the “IKEA” company Sven Holm and Lennard Dalgren, according to the press-office of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The representatives of the company told the Head of Ukrainian Government about their intention to invest 1,5-2 billion USD into the building of two business centers in Kyiv “We are ready to begin investment of the project already tomorrow”, Sven Holm said.
From his part Viktor Yanukovych stressed that the Government would create favorable conditions for attracting investments into the Ukrainian economy. Besides, according to him, the Cabinet of Ministers will initiate resumption of the territories of priority development with special investment regime.
“Any region of Ukraine will look forward to your investments. I support the idea to make “IKEA” a model investor”, the Prime Minister emphasized.
