Ukraine and Russia agreed to increase oil supply

Ukraine and Russia have agreed to increase oil supply to the Ukrainian refineries, according to the press-office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovychch disclosed this after the session of the Inter-Government Committee on economic cooperation.

“Today, we have agreed to create conditions for increasing oil supply to the Ukrainian refineries on the legislative level”, the Head of Ukrainian Government said.

At the same time Viktor Yanukovych noted that this decision, in its turn, would give an opportunity to increase light oil production by the Ukrainian refineries and create favorable conditions for pricing in the home market.
