According to data of national monthly research “Omnibus”, which carried out by  “TNS Ukraine” company permanently, the political crisis in the country continues to become stronger.

According to the research passed to UNIAN record number of respondents – some 90.6% - believe that all events in Ukraine go in a wrong direction, some 3.8% of respondents are sure that  all events go in a right direction and some 5.7% of those polled could not answer the question.

For the question, “Who do you think should resign from his post for ovecoming the political crisis – Yulia Tymoshenko or Victor Yushchenko?”, half of Ukrainians – some 50% answered that President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko has to leave his post for overcoming the political crisis. Some 21% of respondents believe that Yulia Tymoshenko should resign. Some 13% of those polled believe that nobody should resign and some 13% of those polled have not decide yet and some 3% of respondents refused to answer.

More than a half of those polled – some 54% believe that V. Yushchenko is responsible for strengthening of the political crisis in Ukraine. Some 19% of Ukrainians believe that Yu. Tymoshenko is responsible for strengthening of the political crisis, some 5% of those polled believe that Victor Yanukovych is responsible for strengthening of the political crisis. Some 3% of those polled believe that other politicians are responsible for strengthening of the political crisis, some 16% of those polled could not answer to this question and some 3% of those polled refused to answer.

For the question “Who from the politicians in interested in strengthening of economic crisis in Ukraine?”, some 34% of those polled believe that V. Yushchenko more than other politicians is interested in strengthening of economic in Ukraine for struggle against his political rivals. Some 16% of those polled believe that this is Yu. Tymoshenko , some 10% of those polled believe that this is Victor Yanukovych . Some 3% of respondents chose other politicians, some 9% of those polled believe that nobody from politicians is interested in strengthening of political crisis, some 25% of those polled could not answer the question and some 4% of those polled refused to answer.

The results also indicate that some 65% of Ukrainians support the address of former President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk to Victor Yushchenko  with an appeal to resign. Some 23% of respondents do not support this address of L. Kravchuk, some 9% of those polled could  not answer the question.

At the same time some 63% of those polled believe that V. Yushchenko does not have to work till the end of this presidential term. At the same time some 49% of respondents believe that acting President should resign voluntarily and some 14% of those polled believe that that it is necessary to use impeachment procedure. Some 27% of Ukrainians believe that V. Yushchenko has to work till the end of his presidential term. Some 8% of those polled could not answer the question and some 2% of those polled refused to answer.

The poll was carried on March 6-14, 2009. 1200 respondents were polled. The error margin does not exceed 3%.
