On occasion of the Easter, May holidays, and the Victory Day, Ukrainians will have nonworking days in April and May.

According to the official information of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, in line with the Ukrainian legislation, Ukrainians will have the Easter holidays on April 18, 19, and 20. In May, nonworking days are May 1 and 2 – the Days of International Solidarity of Working People, and May 9 – the Victory Day.

In Ukraine, if a holiday or a nonworking day falls on a weekend, the holiday is postponed to the next day after the weekend. Thus, Ukrainians will have four nonworking days on the May holidays (May 1,2,3 and 4), and three non-working days on the Victory Day (May 9, 10, and 11).
