In the evening of April 9, an unknown man smashed four windows in the doors of the central entrance in the building of the Presidential Secretariat of Ukraine.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, referring to the law-enforcement bodies employees, the incident took place at around 18.00.
The offender was arrested. So far law-enforcement bodies do not give any details.
