The National TV and Radio Company of Ukraine (NTKU), due to its financial problems, is not able to help the Ukrainian participant of Eurovision-2009, Svitlana Loboda, and even may refuse the direct broadcasting of the contest.

NTKU top vice-president Roman Nedzelskiy claimed this to a press conference on Thursday, RIA Novosti reported.

Besides, according to R.Nedzelskiy, due to the lack of financing, a group of Ukrainian journalists of the First National Television (subject to NTKU) may fail to attend the contest in Russia.
