Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko believes that, as of today, there are no grounds for revising the state budget of Ukraine.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, she claimed this to a government session on Wednesday.
“During the four months of the current year, the state budget’s performance has been exceeded by 4%... There was lots of criticism, when the budget was compiled, and we still face loud speeches and statements today that the budget must be revised because it is unreal. But, the budget’s plan has been exceeded for four months already”, Yulia Tymoshenko said.
At the same time, she stressed that in April the state budget was overfulfilled more than during previous months – by 10.7%, the pool – by 5.7%, and the special fund – by 33.5%.
“It indicates that the budget is replenished, the work has been very complicated… I would like to thank all the government and the Finance Ministry for we have being doing our best to keep the country in order, and have been stably fulfilling the budget”, the Prime Minister stressed.
