Viktor Yanukovych and Borys Oliynyk discussed an issue of the Ukrainian Fund of Culture the matter concerned the state support, in particular, according to the press-office of the Cabinet of Ministers.
During the meeting the Prime Minister emphasized that the Government would bend every effort to create appropriate conditions for the development of culture in our state.
Viktor Yanukovych and Borys Oliynyk exchanged their views on celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Ukrainian Fund of Culture establishment, scheduled for April 11, 2007. Particularly, the head of the Ukrainian Fund of Culture proposed to hold a series of exhibitions in the framework of jubilee celebrations which would represent cultural traditions of different regions of Ukraine.
