Armed attack in Kyiv: offenders shot into Farmak director

An armed attack on the director of Farmak pharmaceutical firm, a 59-year old woman, was committed in the Podilskiy district of Kyiv in the morning of June 9.

According to law-enforcement bodies, the attack was committed near a private house in Starytskoho street at 7.30 a.m..

When the woman was leaving the yard of her house and walking to her car, an unknown person shot twice into her back and escaped.

The offender left his scooter and helmet at the scene. In several meters, police found a gun of German manufacture.

The case is under investigation.

The wounded woman was hospitalized. According to preliminary information, her wounds do not threaten her life.
