Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko forecasts strengthening of the Ukraine’s hryvnia value.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, she said this at a government’s session on Wednesday.

According to her, hryvnia will strengthen due to the decision of the International Monetary Fund to increase the tranche aid to Ukraine.

In line with the new memorandum between Ukraine and IMF, this year Ukraine may receive $3.2 billion in June, and $3.8 billion in November (the previous variant stipulated $1.1 billion in August, and $3 billion in November), Yulia Tymoshenko noted.

According to the Prime Minister, a part of the IMF means will be transferred to international currency reserves of the central bank of Ukraine, which will become the main factor of strengthening the hryvnia.

Besides, Yulia Tymoshenko pointed out a positive dynamics of inflation on results of May of the current year. In particular, according to her, in May the Vinnytsia Oblast indicated deflation.
