Government to consider recapitalization of first three banks

At its today’s session, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will consider recapitalization of three non-government banks – Ukrgasbank, Rodovidbank, and Kyiv Bank.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko said this at a government’s session on Wednesday.

According to her, if a positive decision is made, the government will get a prevailing supervision over the mentioned-above financial institutions.

Representatives of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank will take part in consideration of the issue.
