The average cost of selling of 1-3 room flats at the secondary market of Kyiv decreased by 0.26% (4 dollars) – up to 1492 dollars/ square meter from June 15 – to June 22 of this year.
SV Development consulting company disclosed this to UNIAN.
According to information, during mentioned period of time Darnytsky district with an average indicator 1085 dollars/ square meter remained the cheapest one and Pecherskyi district, where the average price of selling made up 2524/ square meter was the most expensive.
At the same time the price growth for dwelling is recorded in Shevchenkovskyi district- by 0.32% (13 dollars) – up to 1927 dollars/ 1square meter, at Svyatoshynskyi district – by 0.38% (5 dollars) – up to 1229 dollars/1square meter; at Darnytsky district – by 0.08% (1 dollar) – up to 1085 dollars/1square meter. At the same time the price for dwelling stabilized at level of 1501 dollars at Obolonkyi district; at Dniprovskyi district - time the price for dwelling stabilized at level of 1216 dollars.
The company claims all prices are given according to results of real bargains.
