The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a decree on creating a temporary ad hoc parliamentary commission to investigate into spending the means, received from the privatization of Kryvorozhstal OJSC.

      According to an UNIAN correspondent, 244 lawmakers out of 444, registered in the chamber, voted for this.

      Communist faction member Yevhen Marmazov was elected as chairman of the ad hoc commission.

      As UNIAN reported earlier, the commission was initiated by the BYT faction, which proposed its member Andriy Senchenko as the commission chief. However, the anti-crisis coalition proposed to appoint Ye.Marmazov as the commission chief.

      After the voting, the BYT faction blocked the parliamentary rostrum.
