Ukraine has pumped 25 billion cubic metres of gas so far into its underground storage facilities, almost enough to ensure smooth supplies to Europe this winter, a Gazprom executive said on Wednesday, according to Reuters.

"Gazprom estimates Ukraine has pumped 25 bcm into its storage, while 28 bcm is enough for uninterrupted supplies to Europe. Ukraine plans to pump a total of 32 bcm," Valery Golubev, deputy chief executive of Russia`s gas export monopoly, told a news conference.
