Pynzenyk: Ukraine comes down to deficits of beginning of 90ies

Former Finance Minister of Ukraine Victor Pynzenyk does not rule out that the country can come down to deficits of 90ies of the last century.

He said this to “Zerkalo nedeli” (“Daily Mirrow”) (№ 35 (763) from September 19-25, 2009) commenting the draft State Budget for 2010 submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers.

He noted that meanwhile implementation of budget`s general fund incomes is at a level of 82%, however the situation is getting worse: we will not collect UAH184 billion, as it was scheduled according to budget-2009.
